Which of these are you? Intellectual / Idealist / Creator / Innovator / Cyber explorer / Questioner / Philosopher.
Intellectual, Idealist, Creator, Questioner, Philosopher
What makes you an intellectual / idealist / creator / innovator / cyber
explorer / questioner / philosopher?
Intellectual: I like discussing things like philosophy, IT and science, especially with people
who know more than I do (which is most people)
Idealist: I am constantly thinking about how to make my own and
everyone else's world a better place, and talking about and trying different
ideas to do that.
Creator: I sometimes write songs, poetry, and talks which I have
delivered on social issues.
Innovator: Well, I have a habit of starting different groups.
Questioner: Am always questioning the status quo and why things have
to be done in a particular way.
Philosopher: Like reading about philosophy, and love the work of Alain
De Botton. Always appreciate being introduced to a different way of seeing
things.
What interests do you have that you would like others to join you in?
Movies.. feel good movies, science fiction, action, and
movies that make you think. Really, really enjoyed V for Vendetta, Waking Life and Bowling for
Columbine.Walking..need to do lots more of it. Like bushwalking.
Going to
interesting talks..like the talks put on at UWA and by the Science Network. Talking about deep and meaningful topics, books people
have read etc..
Meeting new people, and introducing people to others they
might find of interest.
Seeing live music, particularly bands that play their
own stuff. I like indie-pop, folk/rock, acoustic, celtic, folk, and 80's music. Also like
dancing, and as well as dancing to original bands, will sometimes dance to cover bands or at a nightclub.
Not open
to extreme sports..ok, actually, most sports, though possibly could be cajoled
into some of them. Have been known to play netball and badminton. Aquarobics,
anyone?
Various other things like plays, visiting the art gallery,
museums, visiting
different locations. Try me!
What have you done in your life that you have either been really proud of,
or really enjoyed?
I'm perhaps one of
the few people who loves public speaking - when I have had time to prepare!
What values would you like potential friends or a partner to share? Are
there any differences in the values you would require from friends as compared
to a partner, and if so, what?
I tend to prefer people who are
further to the left and non-materialistic.
What kind of friends / partner are you looking for?
In a partner I am looking for someone who is wanting to create a wonderful,
loving, permanent relationship. Someone open to new ideas
and people. Some common interests would help.
I’m looking for male and female friends with enquiring minds. If you're interested in
any of the things I’ve mentioned above, and are looking for new friends, please
get in contact.
Is there anything about yourself you'd like to promote? (website, business,
performances, books).
Anything else you'd like to say?
